Real Madrid target new defender

Held in check against Girona (1-1) on Sunday evening, Real Madrid had a mixed start to the season despite a second place in La Liga. In recent weeks, many observers have pointed out the tactical limits of Xabi Alonso and the lack of collective performance. Criticisms which, however, do not prevent the Madrid sports unit from prospecting across Europe. And according to the latest information from the German press, Casa Blanca has already targeted a new reinforcement in defense.

According to Sky GermanyNathaniel Brown would, in fact, be on the shortlist of Real Madrid for next summer. The 22-year-old left back, currently in the colors of Frankfurt, was recently spotted by Merengue recruiters during matches against Cologne and Atalanta. The media, however, specifies that Barcelona and Manchester United are also showing interest. The Frankfurt management would demand between 60 and 70 million euros.
