Affected, Barça must bounce back this Saturday afternoon. On a good dynamic in La Liga with three consecutive victories, the Blaugranas, second with a length behind Real Madrid, were slapped by Chelsea this week in the Champions League (3-0) on the pitch at Stamford Bridge. Hansi Flick’s men must return to success against a Deportivo Alavés in poor form since Eduardo Coudet’s players, fourteenth, have only one victory in the last five days and two defeats in a row. The meeting can be followed live with commentary from 4:15 p.m. on French Football Weekly.

For this match, Hansi Flick, deprived of Araujo, De Jong, Fermin, Gavi and Ter Stegen, aligned a 4-3-3 with Joan Garcia in goal, a defense with Eric Garcia, Cubarsi, Gerard Martin and Baldé. Casado and Bernal play in the middle while Dani Olmo starts a notch above. Finally, Raphinha and Yamal accompany Lewandowski on the attack front. The attacking trio is aligned for the first time since May 25. Opposite, Eduardo Coudet cannot count on Garces, suspended, and aligns a 4-1-4-1 with Sivera in the cages. Otto, Tenaglia, Pacheco and Parada form the four-man defense. Blanco will be the recuperator while Calebe, Suarez, Ibanez and Rebbach form a line behind Boye, alone at the forefront.

Team compositions:

FC Barcelona: Joan Garcia – E.Garcia, Cubarsi, G.Martin, Baldé – Bernal, Casado – Olmo – Yamal, Lewandowski, Raphinha

Alavés: Sivera – Otto, Tenaglia, Pacheco, Parada – Blanco – Calebe, Suarez, Ibanez, Rebbach – Boye
