Another hard blow for Barça, shortly after this 3-0 defeat against Chelsea. Just as Hansi Flick was starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with injuries, Raphinha having finally returned and Pedri close to doing so, Fermin Lopez was injured. FC Barcelona has just announced it.
“Fermín Lopez suffers from a slight injury to the soleus muscle of his right leg and the duration of his absence is estimated at two weeks”indicated the Catalan club in an official press release. The 22-year-old midfielder, a regular starter in recent weeks (13 TCC matches including 10 starts for 7 goals and 4 assists) will therefore miss the weekend’s match against Alavés, but especially the clash against Atlético next Tuesday, and can hope to return for the La Liga duel against Osasuna on December 13.
