Present at the PSG Campus this Monday, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Parisian training center, Luis Campos returned to a decisive discussion between Luis Enrique and the coaches of the youth teams. A moment that the Ile-de-France sports director describes as the most beautiful moment of his adventure in the French capital. “The first important thing that we have created here is the opportunity for all coaches to share. There was a 2 hour meeting on that. It was the best time I had at this club. It was a moment of sharing. Luis Enrique could explain these principles of play”first declared the sports director.
And to continue: “Luis Enrique said: ‘I’m not giving you training ideas, how to play…’ but he said: ‘I’m explaining to you my working method. It’s up to you to create your exercises by adapting to your players.’ Players when they come up they must understand these principles. That way when they go up they are not in difficulty”.
