PSG – Le Havre: probable line-ups

The victory on the gong in Lyon two weeks ago is already ancient history. After the international break where, for once this season, no Parisian player returned injured, PSG returned to the Ligue 1 road through the Le Havre reception. On this occasion, the runner-up, now, of OM in the championship begins a block of 8 matches which should take it to Qatar, notably with the Intercontinental Cup, before the winter break. The organizations will be put to the test especially as there are still injured people (Nuno Mendes, Dembélé, Doué, Hakimi) while important matches are coming up (Tottenham, Athletic, Monaco, Rennes).

Luis Enrique wants to work in peace, while waiting for more favorable times to work tactically. The time is right now for the three points and nothing else. And as there are absentees and disparate states of form after the selection returns, there will undoubtedly be something to do against the HAC. Chevalier will be a good starter, after having had his very first selection for the French team. Zaire-Emery, recalled by Didier Deschamps during this rally, could start on the right of the defense, with Lucas Hernandez aligned on the left, while he played in the center in Azerbaijan last Sunday.

Opportunity for Ramos?

The Parisian hinge would be made up of Zabaranyi and Beraldo, the latter having remained in Paris. This would blow Marquinhos and Pacho. In the midfield, we should see Neves again, scorer of the winning goal in the last seconds in Lyon, with Vitinha and Mayulu. Ahead, there are some uncertainties since all the available elements were in selection. Lee remains favorite to start on the right ahead of Mbaye and Kvaratskhelia, who played 180 minutes during the break. In the middle, Ramos would have a great opportunity to show that he is more than just a supersub. Barcola is the favorite to start on the left side.

Opposite, Le Havre will be much more than a showcase. 12th before kick-off, the Normans remain on an interesting series of four games in a row without defeat, including two victories. Didier Digard would present a 4-4-2 diamond with Diaw, trained at PSG, in goal. Nego and Zouaoui apply in the right and left lanes of the defense to surround a hinge undoubtedly composed of Sangante and Lloris. A doubt still remains for the captain, injured then ill in recent days. In the midfield, Touré would be accompanied by Seko and Kechta. Finally in front, Ndiaye could take a more offensive position to support Mambimbi and Soumaré.
