A few days before the inauguration of the new Camp Nou, scheduled for November 22 for the reception of Athletic Club in La Liga, the local players’ locker room is still under construction… During the training session open to the public on November 7, the FC Barcelona players had in fact had to change in the visitors’ locker room, the work not yet being completed according to A.S.. The club has since given precise instructions to finalize this space, the true centerpiece of the new stadium.
The future Blaugrana locker room will feature personalized lockers in club colors, a balneotherapy area for post-match recovery, as well as a gym and a fully equipped physiotherapy room. A relaxation area completes the whole, in order to meet the modern standards of high-level clubs. Indeed, all facilities should be fully operational before the end of the year.
