After winning everything last season and failing in the final of the Club World Cup, Paris Saint-Germain still has a little something to look for in 2025. On December 17, Luis Enrique’s team will compete in the final of the Intercontinental Cup. While waiting to know their opponent, PSG already knows their broadcaster: M6.

Excellent news for club supporters and football fans who do not have access to pay channels. This time, they will be able to watch a Paris Saint-Germain match for free. The sixth channel announced this Tuesday in a press release that it would broadcast the match live on Wednesday, December 17, at 6 p.m.

If we know one of the finalists, it remains to be determined who his opponent will be. As winner of the Champions League, Paris is therefore waiting to know who will emerge from the playoffs to face it. There will first be a match between the Mexican club Cruz Azul and a Brazilian team. The winner of this match will then play against Egyptians Pyramids FC. The winner of this final duel will then find themselves facing PSG.

First Intercontinental Cup final for PSG

The final will take place in the Qatari city of Al Rayyan. M6 also announced that comments on the meeting would be provided by a pair composed of journalist Xavier Domergue and consultant and former PSG player, Antoine Kombouaré. This is the first time in its history that the Parisian club has played this final.

Until then, PSG has six matches to play, in all competitions. With the November international window closed, it will host Le Havre this Saturday (9:05 p.m., 13th day of Ligue 1). Four days later, he will return to the Champions League with the reception of Tottenham at the Parc des Princes (9 p.m.).
