PSG should be fixed. The capital’s club will meet this Monday from 1 p.m. before the Paris industrial tribunal for an explosive case: the legal battle led by former Parisian star, Kylian Mbappé. After leaving for Real Madrid in the summer of 2024, the striker opened a dispute with his former club.

Indeed, the 2018 world champion is demanding €55 million from Paris Saint-Germain, a sum corresponding to unpaid salaries and bonuses. Added to this is an even more sensitive demand. The Bondy native is also asking for the reclassification of his fixed-term contracts into permanent contracts, as Adrien Rabiot was able to do in the past.

But for Mbappé, things look much more complex. As recalled The Teama law passed in 2015, which makes fixed-term contracts the norm in professional sport, could block its path. A major difference with the Rabiot case, which had continued before the text came into force. In addition, Mbappé has spent much less time in the Parisian loft, which could weaken his position.

Hamraoui demands €3.5 million

PSG will also have to face another burning issue: that of Kheira Hamraoui, who is demanding nearly 3.5 million euros. The former Parisian accuses the club of not having supported her sufficiently after her attack in November 2021, claiming to have experienced a real ” hell “ between January and September 2022 in a hostile locker room.

The club is defending itself: close protection, psychological monitoring, occupational medicine… PSG assures that it has done everything possible to support its player, while parting ways with Aminata Diallo and actively seeking prestigious exit options for Hamraoui. Proposals that she would have refused.
