The Paris industrial tribunal decided to give its verdict on December 16 in the financial dispute between Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain. At the heart of the case: the Real Madrid striker’s request to see his contract reclassified as a permanent contract, as well as colossal compensation of more than 260 million euros for the damage he believes he suffered during his last season at PSG. Absent from the hearing but represented by his lawyers, Mbappé faces an equally spectacular legal counter-offensive from the Parisian club, which is demanding 240 million euros from his ex-player. PSG cites in particular a “ loss of luck “.

In the same session, the judges also examined the case of Kheira Hamraoui, who passed through the women’s section (2012-2016 then 2021-2023). The 35-year-old midfielder accuses PSG of moral harassment after being sidelined from the group following her attack in 2021. The decision concerning this other case will also be pronounced in mid-December.
