After a delicate start to the season, everything is going better for the Girondins de Bordeaux. Relaunched by a series of four victories in the championship, the FCGB has thus returned to two lengths from the top of its National 2 group. With the added bonus this Sunday of a qualification for the 8e round of the Coupe de France.
Facing Boé/Bon-Encontre (EBBE), resident of Regional 1, Bordeaux enforced the logic of the hierarchy by winning 0-1 thanks to Bahassa. A logic which did not apply, however, to Clermontois who play in Ligue 2.
The latter in fact suffered at the same time the law of Blois, last in their National 2 group. It was through penalties, while the score was parity (1-1), that the Blésiens obtained their qualification at the expense of the Auvergnats.
