Robert Lewandowski is going through a decisive moment in his career. At 37 years old and in the last season of his contract with FC Barcelona, the striker still enjoys football but knows that he will soon have to decide on his future. In an interview with TVP Sporthe explained that he was thinking intensely about the next step in his career and announced that he would soon communicate his decision. “I will soon be ready to decide which path I want to take and see what my options are”he declared, before ensuring that he did not feel any particular pressure: “I’m at peace. I don’t know where I will be or what I want to do in a few months. I don’t have to do anything urgently and I’m not in a hurry.”.
The Polish international also looked back on his arrival at Barça in 2022, highlighting the cultural impact of his move to Catalonia and the energy that a very young locker room brings him. “Moving to Barcelona and living in a different culture has also changed me. (…) See that there are so many 18-year-olds at Barça. They give me an injection of energy. I feel very good among them… Some treat me like a father, it’s curious but very positive”confided the former Bayern Munich man.
