Hard blow confirmed before France-Ukraine

This is not the best news of the week for Didier Deschamps. While the Blues are already deprived of Aurélien Tchouaméni (suspended) as well as Adrien Rabiot, the coach will undoubtedly have to do without Eduardo Camavinga.

The Real Madrid player has stayed away from training since the start of the week at Clairefontaine, which makes his presence on the scoresheet during France-Ukraine this Thursday evening at the Parc des Princes very unlikely.

One more player for the Blues

To avoid any problems, Didier Deschamps chose Wednesday evening to call up a midfielder in the person of Khephren Thuram (Juventus).

Facing Ukraine, the Blues should start with a midfield formed by Manu Koné and N’Golo Kanté, with Warren Zaire-Emery on the bench. We will then have to see who, Camavinga or Thuram, is operational on Thursday and Sunday in Azerbaijan.
