At the end of the match won by Paris Saint-Germain against Olympique Lyonnais (3-2), the Rhone residents almost all cried scandal. They blame the match referee for distorting the result and one of the controversial actions was Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s goal following contact between Vitinha and Tanner Tessmann. The Lyonnais believe that the Portuguese hit the American from behind and that the goal should have been canceled for a foul.

An opinion that OL legend Sidney Govou does not share. “We have to stop with these kinds of videos! If you do that, there is a fault on every contact. (…) So there are several visions! I’m not saying I’m right, I’m just saying I think I wouldn’t have called a foul, that’s all.he replied on his X account. There is no doubt that some Lyonnais will not necessarily share the opinion of their former attacker.
