Following the success of AS Roma against Udinese, Inter Milan was obliged to win against Lazio, in this Sunday evening’s game in Serie A. The game started perfectly for the Interists thanks to a strike in the top corner from their captain, Lautaro Martínez, after enormous work from Alessandro Bastoni (3rd).

Preferred to a Marcus Thuram who is still just physically, Ange-Yoan Bonny scored the second goal for the Interists, his fourth personal in the championship (62nd). Mission accomplished for Inter, who won this meeting at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium (2-0) and who regained the leadership position in the Italian championship. The complicated start to the season continues for Lazio, who suffered a fourth setback after 11 days in Serie A. Laziali are ninth and are closer to 18th place, occupied by Genoa, than to the lead.
