The Spanish technician, who arrived on the Parisian bench in the summer of 2023, managed to raise the club to the top of European football in the space of just two seasons. A well-deserved success, reflecting the many qualities of the former La Roja coach, who arouse the admiration of many, starting with his compatriot Pablo Sarabia.

In an interview given to Foot Mercatothe former Rouge et Bleu midfielder, now at Al-Arabi SC in Qatar, was full of praise for the Asturian. “He is a very good person. He had a difficult time with his family. He has done many great things in his career. He is a coach with a lot of character. He is very intelligent. He knows how to read matches and all the different situations to win. It’s very important for a coach like that,” he confided.
The philosophy established by Luis Enrique at PSG undoubtedly constitutes one of the greatest strengths of his team. “I think he has a magnificent way of building the team, because he has an idea, and all the players who come to PSG want to play with this idea. It’s very important for the coach, he respects all the players and all things in the life of a group. It doesn’t matter which players he has, the most important thing is the group. And it is for these reasons that he is a very good coach,” Sarabia concluded.
