This week is definitely taking a bad turn for French clubs engaged on the European scene. After the setbacks of Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille in
Champions LeagueLOSC and OGC Nice got tripped up in the Europa League.
Despite a very encouraging start, Lille is on a slippery slope. Already beaten by PAOK Salonika after a crazy match (3-4), the northern club once again performed poorly on the pitch of Red Star Belgrade.
