Tuesday’s European evening was not good for Paris Saint-Germain. In addition to the defeat conceded at the Parc des Princes against Bayern Munich (1-2), Luis Enrique’s team also lost two players to injury: Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi. Tackled by Luis Diaz and forced out, the Moroccan was entitled to an apology this Wednesday from the Colombian.

It was on his social networks that the man who was expelled for his catastrophic action on Hakimi spoke out. He first spoke about his team’s victory and more generally about his match. “It was an evening full of emotions. Football always reminds you that anything can happen in 90 minutes, the worst or the best. »

And to continue: “I was sad not to finish the match with my teammates, but proud of their incredible performance. » Then the Bavarian double scorer against Paris added a few words for the attention of his victim. “I wish Hakimi a quick return to the field. » The message was appreciated and commented on by the official Bayern Munich account which sent two hearts in the colors of the club.

Hakimi worries PSG and Morocco

No public apology, however, from the player who may have had a private exchange with Achraf Hakimi. In any case, it is mainly the concern on the Parisian side regarding its Moroccan international. Seen with crutches and a protective boot on his left ankle after the game, the full-back will have to rest to recover as quickly as possible.

And it’s not just PSG supporters who are worried since on the Moroccan side, the African Cup of Nations which will be played at home for the Atlas Lions is a major issue. Everyone is crossing their fingers that Achraf Hakimi can participate.
