Bayern Munich does not intend to let this happen. Yesterday, the German club filed a complaint with UEFA. The reason? The Bavarians are furious and are protesting against the latest measures imposed by the Paris police on its 2,000 supporters who came to Paris to watch the clash against PSG. This afternoon, the future adversary once again broke the silence via a press release.

“The Paris police headquarters issued a last-minute order the day before the Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes. The fifteen buses carrying supporters of the reigning champions had to gather at a toll booth on the outskirts of Paris, on the A4 motorway, and were only allowed to leave the road for the stadium at 5 p.m., under police escort. Even buses that had already arrived in Paris were forced to leave and go to the toll booth. The facilities on site are deplorable: only one toilet, with no possibility of eating or drinking. Furthermore, the treatment of supporters is far from acceptable. Due to the late arrival time which will alter the bus drivers’ driving schedules, departure will only be possible six to seven hours after the match. This regulation requires supporters to stay in the parking lot in front of the stadium until departure. In addition to these unacceptable conditions, many supporters will not be able to go to work the next day. Paris Saint-Germain and UEFA support FC Bayern in this matter; FC Bayern will not leave this matter unresolved”we can read in the press release published on the official website of the Bavarians.
