As part of the 10th day of the Premier League, Manchester City hosted Bournemouth, 2nd in the standings before the match, at the Etihad Stadium. But the Haaland-Cherki duo struck again in the 33rd minute: the Frenchman delivered a superb opening from deep for the Norwegian, who once again demonstrated surgical precision (2-1). In the second half, O’Reilly scored City’s third goal, definitively sealing the match (3-1). In the PL standings, the Citizens move up to 2nd place with 19 points, while Bournemouth go down to 4th position with 18 points.
