OM: surprises in Auxerre

Beware of the crisis. OM remain in three consecutive matches without a victory (two defeats and a draw) before traveling to Auxerre on Saturday evening as part of the 11th day of Ligue 1 (kick-off at 9:05 p.m.). Three days after the failure suffered at home against Angers (2-2, 10th day), Roberto De Zerbi’s players have the greatest interest in returning to victory in Burgundy.

And the Italian coach must deal with eight injured: Leonardo Balerdi, Timothy Weah, Amine Gouiri, Geoffrey Kondogbia, HJ TraorĂ©, Facundo Medina, Bilal Nadir and Neal Maupay. Which explains the presence of two young people in the group revealed on Saturday morning by De Zerbi: central defender Pladi N’Zinga Pambani and midfielder Tadjidine Mmadi, both 18 years old.

Before facing AJA, OM are in third place in the standings, two lengths behind the leader, PSG (21 points). The Auxerrois are 17th and penultimate in the French Championship.
