Antoine Griezmann continues to make history with Atlético de Madrid. Top scorer in the history of the Madrid club, the former French international has just scored his 200th goal in La Liga this Saturday, during the victory of the Colchoneros against Sevilla FC (3-0). Found in the middle by Thiago Almeida, the Macon native got back on his right foot before sending the ball into the back of Odysseas Vlachodimos’ net.

In 541 matches in the Spanish championship, Griezmann has scored 137 goals with Atlético in two spells in Madrid (2009-2014 then 2021-…), 40 goals in the colors of Real Sociedad (2009-2014) and 22 goals with FC Barcelona (2019-2022). At the same time, he becomes the 11th player in the history of the Spanish championship to score at least 200 goals.
