The news is not good for Paris and Désiré Doué. Starting this Wednesday evening against Lorient in Ligue 1, the French international had to leave his partners after less than an hour of play. Less reassuring: he was evacuated on a stretcher, unable to put his foot on the ground.
This news obviously does not come at the right time, as Paris hosts Bayern Munich in six days in the Champions League. Since his return from injury in mid-October, Doué had played the equivalent of two hours (around 120 minutes), and had even scored two goals against Leverkusen, and one against Brest on Saturday. PSG should provide more information in the coming hours on their player’s injury.
