After a spectacular end to the summer transfer window, OM intend to continue their momentum this winter, with some adjustments likely to respond to the current shortcomings of Roberto De Zerbi's squad – the constraint of the African Cup of Nations in addition in January 2026.

While Amine Gouiri is unavailable for three months, the offensive sector could be targeted in particular. Especially since one name is coming back insistently these days: that of Endrick, the auriverde nugget of Real Madrid, in need of playing time under the orders of Xabi Alonso. A promise which is not the only one to be invited by rumor in Marseille.

This Monday, the Spanish media Fichajes insists on a track which has long kept the Marseillais in suspense during the off-season: that of midfielder Dani Ceballos. While OM seemed to have reached an agreement with the White House this summer, the player himself would have slowed down, asking for a period of reflection which would have pushed the Olympian leaders to concretize other files.

A deal “practically finalized”

The information may therefore seem reheated, except that the aforementioned publication provides details on the famous alleged deal about to be concluded between the Merengues and the Ciel et Blancs. A six-month loan with a compulsory purchase option of 7.5 million euros would thus be in the pipeline.

Fichajes goes further by revealing a bonus option of 500,000 euros for the benefit of Real, plus a percentage on possible resale of 5%. The matter is so well advanced that the source cited in the article in the Iberian title mentions an agreement “
almost finalized » with OM for Dani Ceballos. Since the start of the season, the latter has remained confined to a joker role, credited with eight appearances in all under the immaculate tunic.
