FC Nantes is traveling to Paris FC this Friday evening, as part of the ninth round of Ligue 1. With only one victory on the clock in eight days, the Canaries hope to bring back something from their trip to the capital. Matthis Abline did what he could to throw them well.

After Youseff El Arabi opened the score in their favor (2nd), the visitors were caught up by Samir Chergui's equalizer (15th). And as the break slowly but surely approached, Matthis Abline unleashed a missile as distant as it was unexpected.

Abline puts Nantes back in front

On a ball cleared in the right axis of the Parisian cage, the Nantes player recovered it, pushed it in full swing before hitting in a half-volley. His crossed bell ball went up before falling at full speed and ending up in the back of the net, passing between the crossbar and the goalkeeper.

A real gem which logically made the small delegation of Nantes supporters who came to Jean-Bouin to support their team stand up. Cold snap on the other hand in the Parisian stands.
