Saturday evening, Olympique de Marseille took control of Ligue 1

This concerns the long upcoming unavailability of Amine Gouiri. Following his shoulder injury in selection, the former Stade Rennais player should be away from the field for the next three months.
“Olympique de Marseille informs that its striker Amine Gouiri will have surgery on his right shoulder. This intervention, decided by mutual agreement between the player and the club, follows several episodes of dislocation that have occurred in recent months. Amine will observe a rehabilitation period estimated at approximately three months”we can read in a press release published by OM.

African Cup of Nations with the Fennecs. As a reminder, this competition will take place from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026, in Morocco.
