PSG can finally breathe. Stuck in a spiral of injuries since the international break in September, the Parisian club had to cope without several executives for more than a month. First deprived of Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué, both injured during the French team's rally, Paris then saw a veritable avalanche of injuries fall on its squad.

Injured for a month and a half, the 2025 Ballon d'Or is now in the recovery phase. If Vitinha's absence was short-lived, those of his midfield partners will continue: Fabián Ruiz and João Neves remain unavailable and will miss the trip to Strasbourg, for the 8th day of Ligue 1.

Gifted, the verdict falls

The Spaniard continues his rehabilitation work, two weeks after his injury in Barcelona (2-1). As for the Portuguese, after new examinations, the medical staff chose to extend his recovery program “in order to ensure complete recovery before returning to competition”.

Marquinhos is also out for this clash against the third in the championship. But all is not gloomy for Luis Enrique: Désiré Doué signs his return to the group after more than a month of absence, while Senny Mayulu and Bradley Barcola, injured in Lille before the break, are available again. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is also fit for this meeting.
