This year, Olympique de Marseille ended a very long drought against PSG. At the Vélodrome, the Marseillais finally managed to win in a Classic. A first in 14 years. Present that day, Nayef Aguerd was decisive pushing Marquinhos to make a mistake for the only goal of the match (1-0). But is this victory enough to make OM a candidate for the title at the end of the season and thus compete with PSG? It's far too early according to the Moroccan international.

“Fight for the title? A trick question (laughs). I like to play match by match, it's still early to draw conclusions. The objective is to take points and I will follow up on what the president said. The primary objective is to play the LDC every year. Marseille deserves to play this every year, we are aware of that. We'll see at the end of the season to answer, I think it's still early. We will see first in December to take stock of our objectives. I will come back to a press conference (laughs).”
