PSG: Kang-in Lee nominated for AFC Player of the Year

On September 22, Ousmane Dembélé was crowned Ballon d'Or 2025. And he is not the only Paris Saint-Germain player who could win an individual title. Indeed, Kang-in Lee is in the running to win a trophy.

This Monday, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) indicated that the South Korean PSG is among the three finalists for the title of player of the year in Asia. He is named alongside the Iranian Mehdi Taremi (Inter, Olympiakos) and the Japanese Takefusa Kubo (Real Sociedad). This is the first time that Lee has been nominated for this title, having won several trophies with Paris this year including the Champions League.
