Several players have been mentioned in recent months, and one of the players being considered is Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea).
Real Madrid have been interested in Fernandez since his time at Benfica, before his record Premier League move to Stamford Bridge. He is considering a move in 2026, although Pete O'Rourke (via CaughtOffside) has revealed that Chelsea are highly unlikely to sell him.
He seems happy and satisfied with his life at Chelsea, and Chelsea are happy with Enzo Fernandez, who plays more in attack under Enzo Maresca. He is also very impressive in this position. Given his excellent performance for Chelsea with such a long contract, I couldn't imagine Chelsea would look to sell him, unless someone made an offer much higher than what Chelsea paid for him.

Enzo Fernandez has no chance of joining Real Madrid?
Real Madrid have already identified other targets.
Fernandez would likely cost well over €100 million, and given his age, it would be a big surprise if Real Madrid were willing to fork out even close to that amount. Additionally, the club have already identified two high-profile transfer targets for next summer: Adam Wharton, who is said to be the “most lucrative recruit”, and Chema Andres, who could be brought back to the Santiago Bernabéu for just €10 million.
It remains to be seen who Real Madrid will turn to next summer, but it would certainly be surprising if Fernandez was chosen over players like Wharton and Chema.
