Since 2006, Arsenal has been playing the Emirates Stadium. A futuristic move for the time while the modest Highbury stadium was no longer stuck to the ambitions of the Gunners. Since then everything goes well for men in red from London in their new stadium. However, the leaders of Arsenal want to aim higher.

In order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the creation of the new stadium, Arsenal wants to expand its stadium according to The Telegraph. Having a capacity of 60,700 seats, the London club wishes to increase to more than 70,000 seats. The club would thus regain its place as the largest stadium in London. If this renovation is activated, Arsenal would play its matches in Wembley.
