The Brazilian international has initialed a new contract that binds it to Etihad for the next six years. The winger was strongly expected for a summer transfer to Tottenham Hotspur, but City did everything to keep him at the club. He has now made his commitments and should be fully integrated into the workforce of Pep Guardiola. He was not established twice this season, one in the Premier League against Burnley and the other against Huddersfield Town in EFL Cup.
