There was something to ask questions. Holder in Strasbourg during the victory snatched by OM (1-2) as part of the 6th day of Ligue 1, Amine Gouri then took place on the replacement bench for the following two outings of the Marseille team, the last two before the international break.

Tuesday evening, against Ajax Amsterdam (4-0, 2nd day of the Champions League), the 25-year-old striker did not play a second. Four days later in Metz (7th day of Ligue 1), doubt may have been a little more interfered in the head of the Algerian international.

Roberto de Zerbi had reserved a surprise by starting Robinio Vaz at the forefront of the attack, a first with the OM jersey in official competition for the 18-year-old center-forward. Amine Gouri waited until the time of play to replace Vaz (64th) and distinguish himself fairly quickly.

A first goal like a click?

Five minutes later, the former OL and Stade Rennais overflowed on the left side to issue a decisive pass for the rolled strike from O'riley (0-2, 69th). The two men were then found in a technical number for 3-0 signed Amine Gouiri (0-3, 76th).

This is the right answer to FENENC to his coach. Roberto de Zerbi has taken the side of the rotation (Aubameyang seems to be reserved for the C1) and for the moment, we cannot prove the Italian technician wrong. Hopefully for Amine Gouri that this first goal scored with the white jersey this season calls many others. Like its Marseille beginnings last season.
