UEFA designated Michael Oliver to arbitrate the shock between FC Barcelona and PSG on Wednesday (9 p.m.), during the 2nd day of the Champions League League phase. As a reminder, the Englishman had refereed the Parisian club twice last season.

The first time against Salzburg in the league phase (3-0) then during the Play-off return against Brest (7-0). Earlier this season, the 40-year-old official also refereed Nice during his 3rd preliminary round of the Champions League lost against Benfica (0-2).
