As France Football reveals this Friday, Ousmane Dembélé collected 1,380 points, ahead of Lamine Yamal of 321 points (1,059). In comparison, only 41 units separated Rodri, Ballon d'Or 2024, and Vinicius.
73 of the 100 voters placed on the lead
To further illustrate the domination of Ousmane Dembélé, the latter was placed 73 times in the lead in the votes of the 100 jurors of the first 100 countries in the FIFA classification which were asked for this 69th edition of the Ballon d'Or. It is 62 more than Lamine Yamal, cited 11 times first.
As a reminder, the 100 journalists had to designate ten players among the 30 nominees and classify them in order of merit. The ten cities were then attributed respectively 15, 12, 10, 8, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 points.
