Between PSG and Kylian Mbappé, tensions do not weaken. A new revelation concerns the former Parisian and his friendship with his ex-co-team Achraf Hakimi. Appointed to the Ballon d'Or alongside eight other Parisian players, the Moroccan made an unexpected outing last month, badly welcomed by the club.
Hakimi declared himself legitimate for the trophy. “After the historic season I made, there are not many players who scored in quarters, half and in the final. When a defender realizes this, he deserves as much, if not more, as an attacker ”he explained to Parisian. His remarks surprised the club, which supported Ousmane Dembélé to prevent votes to disperse in favor of Lamine Yamal.
Mbappé in question?
This outing has created small tensions within the Parisian workforce. PSG had to reframe its player, judging that he had not respected the instructions given by the club. According to Romain Molina, the staff mainly wanted to warn any quarrel between players and preserve the stability of the locker room around the Golden Ball race.
The release of Hakimi would also have fueled rumors within PSG. Some at the club say they know where these statements come from and suspect that one of his former teammates would have influenced his words to sow confusion in the workforce.
