The French Football Federation (FFF) managed to attract Leo Lemaître, one of the great hopes of the Real Madrid training center, despite its debut with the young Spanish teams. Born in Zaragoza and endowed with dual Spanish and French nationality thanks to his father, Lemaitre played with the Spanish U15 and U16 selections, but has now chosen to wear the jersey of the French team. Although he initially wanted to represent the Roja, his absence in the last Spanish U17 list changed the situation. The FFF quickly summoned it for the next U17 games against Finland in Clairefontaine, on September 17 and 19.

This young central defender, still in the first junior year, will evolve this season with the Juvenil B of Real Madrid, where he distinguished himself during the recent world of junior clubs in Cordoba. Considered one of the greatest hopes of the Academy at its post, Lemaitre is part of the promising 2009 generation of Fábrica, which has several long -awaited players, such as Enzo Alves, Bugarían or Mateo Pozo, thus strengthening the reputation of the Madrid training center.
