Nothing is going to Manchester United. After the humiliation in Carabao Cup against an English D4 and the persistent doubts around Ruben Amorim, it is now Kobbie Mainoo that shakes the club. The 20 -year -old English environment asked to leave Old Trafford in the form of a loan, believing that his current playing time does not allow him to progress according to The Athletic. Regularly used last season and even scorer in the FA Cup final against Manchester City, Mainoo does not understand his downgrading: he stayed on the bench during the first two days of the Premier League before reappearing only against Grimsby.
Mu, however, opposed a categorical refusal. The club considers Mainoo as a key element for the future and wants it to fight for its place. Under contract until 2027 with an option of an additional year, the English international is nevertheless closely followed by several European clubs, including Bayern Munich, which studied the track without going further.
