Wolverhampton made an offer for Soungoutou Magassa

As revealed by us, Soungoutou Magassa (21) is a West Ham player. The former tricolor international has signed up for the next six years with the London club, and will bring 20 million euros to its training club, AS Monaco (€ 17 million + € 3 million in bonuses).
