Christian Chivu offers himself a historic record at Inter Milan

By winning against the Torino at home (5-0), with in particular a double of French Marcus Thuram, Inter Milan has perfectly started its season. An offensive festival which also allowed Cristian Chivu, who became a Nerazzurri coach after the departure of Simone Inzaghi for Saudi Arabia, to establish a sacred record.

The former Romanian international (75 selections, 3 goals) became the first coach in the history of the club to win his very first series of Serie A with at least five goals apart, according to Opta. What ideally launch his adventure on the bench of a club which he represented 169 times as a player. Inter Milan's next meeting is scheduled for August 31, against Udinese.
