At the final whistle of Real Oviedo's defeat against Real Madrid on Sunday evening (0-3), a meeting in which Kylian Mbappé scored a double, the coach of the promoted Liga this season, Veljko Paunović, recognized the errors of his team, while pointing to certain arbitral decisions which he deemed unfavorable.
“Beyond the decisions of the referee, it is not up to us to talk about it, that does not suit us. We feel injured, but on the other two goals, we offered them to Real Madrid, where they are the strongest. It was avoidable. There have been other disputed actions, such as that on (Salomón) Rondón. We paid the high price today ”he said at a press conference. Before the shock against the Merengues, Real Oviedo had already lost its first championship match last week, against Villarreal (2-0).
