Strasbourg refuses € 31 million for Dilane Bakwa

After a first offer at € 28 million (24 + 4 of bonuses), Nottingham Forest went to the assault for Dilane Bakwa (22 years old). After The teamStrasbourg pushed a second proposal of € 31 million this time, bonus included, from the English club.
