PSG is at all costs to Lucas Chevalier to the point of trying a completely unexpected exchange. Lille said no.

Lucas Chevalier at PSG, it's still not official. But the Parisian club remains confident as to the arrival of the 23 -year -old goalkeeper, considered as the absolute priority of Luis Enrique, ahead of Gianluigi Donnarumma. In parallel, the LOSC agitates behind the scenes to find a credible successor to it.

Lille had attempted to secure the arrival of Robin Roefs, Dutch nugget of NEC Nimègue (10 clean Sheets this season), to anticipate the departure of knight. But the 22 -year -old porter preferred to take the direction of Sunderland, promoted to the Premier League and particularly ambitious on the market. A real disappointment for the Dogues, which counted on him in order to ensure the transition.

Deprived of its plan A, the northern club is now in an emergency. The tracks leading to Dominik Greif (Slovan Bratislava) and Ricardo Velho (SC Braga) have been reactivated in recent hours. But nothing is closed yet. Among the alternatives are also Guillaume RESTES (Toulouse), Jeffrey de Lange (OM) or Antonin Kinsky (Tottenham), young profiles but still far from having confirmed at the high level.

A hunt?

In this context of emergency, PSG tried an unexpected blow. According to Foot transfer windowParis proposed Arnau Tenas as possible replacement for a knight. But the Lille management has declined the offer. Appeared only twice last season, the young Spaniard remains blocked in third place in the hierarchy behind Donnarumma and Safonov, and does not seem to convince LOSC.

The departure of Lucas Chevalier, announced as imminent, could therefore weaken the balance of LOSC a few days before the recovery. And despite the unexpected attempt of PSG to offer a turnkey replacement, the northern club will quickly find a solid solution if it wants to avoid a perilous transition season in the cages.
