In an interview with the square media, Riyad Mahrez returned to the episode of his career where Vincent Labrune had taken it from above.

Riyad Mahrez will have had a busy career. After his beginnings in Quimper, he proved to be in Le Havre before exploding in Leicester. Best Premier League player in 2016, African Ballon d'Or in the same year, the Algerian international then took the direction of Manchester City in the summer of 2018, where he confirmed his status as Top Player.

After five seasons placed under the orders of Pep Guardiola, Riyad Mahrez then flew to Saudi Arabia, a country in which he is currently a resident of Al-Ahli. But the native of Clichy could have had a very different trajectory.
