Courbis, his “pleasant companion” in prison

During his long coach career, Rolland Courbis became a sports consultant. It was at the beginning of 2005 that the “coach” began this activity on RMC.

In September 2009, the native of the Marseille city was arrested at the Vélodrome stadium during the OM-Montpellier match. Put into police custody, the 56 -year -old technician was immediately suspended from the branch by the director general of RMC Sport François Pesenti, for the duration of his imprisonment.

From the October 17, 2007, Rolland Courbis had been sentenced to two years in prison, in the trial on appeal to OM's accounts. Between September 2009 and February 2010, he had served part of this sentence in Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, near Montpellier.
