While Marc-André Ter Stegen officially left the silence to announce its upcoming operation, FC Barcelona confirmed the news this Thursday, through a press release. The Catalan club, however, has not given a duration of absence, although the latter should be at least three months.
“The first team player Marc Ter Stegen will undergo surgery next week to solve his problems in the lower back. This intervention will be once again carried out by Dr. Amélie Léglise under the supervision of the club's medical services, at the Clinique du Sport Bordeaux Mérignac. At the end of the intervention, a new medical report will be provided to you ”.
