While they were to rally New York at the end of the morning on Tuesday, the Madrilenians were indeed blocked in Florida. The fault of poor weather conditions which prevented the Real plane from taking off at the scheduled time.
Hurricane alert in Florida
The plane was finally able to take off with an hour late but the flight of 2:30 to New York was agitated. The plane nevertheless landed at the Guardia airport and the Madrid were able to reach the Metlife Stadium for a last training and the traditional pre-match press conference.
