He is the man of the big matches this season at PSG. Author of a superb match against Inter Milan in the Champions League final, Désiré Doué was again a goalkeight this Saturday in the quarterfinals of the Club World Cup against Bayern Munich. Despite a rough match overall, the player trained in Rennes opened the scoring in the 78th minute of play.

Questioned after the qualification of PSG in the semi-final of the competition, the 20-year-old virtuoso explained that he was happy to have taken his revenge on the Bavarians, who had beaten Paris in the Champions League last November: “It was a match with great intensity, a lot of duels. It's often like that in football. Sometimes you have to fight on the ground. We showed a big state of mind. We won, that's the main thing. We had lost at home at the start of the season. It was important for us to take this revenge. We won today, we are very happy.»»
