Opposite, Javier Mascherano's herons presented themselves in 4-4-2 with a Messi-Suarez duo on the attack front. An attractive poster which was not long in coming alive … Served on the left side, Kvaratskhelia offered himself a first lonely rush by infiltrating the Floridian defense before serving Barcola but the latter came up on Ustari (4th).
Perfectly entered this match, PSG finally opened the scoring in the process … On a free kick of Vitinha, Neves, forgotten at the second post, concluded with a beautiful head to give the advantage to his own (1-0, 6th). With this ideal start, the capital's club was continuing its business and passed very close to the station wagon. On a center of Goué, Aviles deceived his own goalkeeper (3-0, 44th) and the nightmare of the Herons was not going to stop there … In the additional time of the first act, Hakimi participated in the party. Perfectly found by Vitinha in the back of the defense, Barcola escaped before serving the Moroccan back. In two stages, the number 2 Parisian deceived Ustari (4-0, 45+3rd) and allowed the PSG to get closer to the quarter-finals. On the return from the locker room, Beraldo and Zaïre-Emery replaced Marquinhos and Ruiz while Inter Miami was trying to be threatening …
On a brilliant inspiration, Messi found Suarez in the back of Beraldo but the Uruguayan striker lacked his control (49th). More forwarded, the Floridian franchise could not, however, surprise the Vigilante Ile -de -France defense. Slightly jostled, Paris finally regained control of the ball. Shortly before the time of play, Goué tried his luck but Ustari captured (57th) before diverting the strike from Barcola (58th). Always so dominating despite a more active Leo Messi (63rd, 80th, 89th), the Dembélé teammates, back to competition for the last half hour of play, quietly managed the end of this meeting to afford a wide success (4-0) suffering from any dispute. Qualified without trembling for the quarterfinals, Paris Saint-Germain is now waiting for its future opponent, namely the winner of the poster opposing Flamengo to Bayern Munich, this Sunday from 10 p.m.
