Titors of the title, the English hopes therefore succeeded in the pass of two this Saturday in Slovakia. Opposed to the Germans in the final, the lion cubs won 3-2 after extension.

Thanks to Harvey Elliott (5e) and Omari Hutchinson (24e), the English were eased early in this match. Only the young Mannschaft returned to the score on achievements by Nelson Weiper (45e+1) and Paul Nebel (61e).

It was ultimately at the start of the extension, while the two teams were back to back (2-2) that the Marseillais Jonathan Rowe, out of the bench a minute earlier, struck to offer the trophy to his country (3-2, 92e). For the fourth time in history after 1982, 1984 and 2023.
