Paris Saint-Germain qualified for the knockout stages of the club World Cup after its victory (2-0) against the Sounders of Seattle on Monday. But the champions of France and Europe are not yet certain to be able to count on their major asset of the season: Ousmane Dembélé.

The French striker has been absent from land since June 5. He had been the victim of a thigh injury during the match against Spain (5-4), as part of the Final Four of the League of Nations.

Luis Enrique hopes, but does not confirm

The number 10 Parisian has already missed the first three games of his team, and his presence against Inter Miami in the next round remains uncertain. In any case, what the coach Luis Enrique hinted at the microphone of Dazn.

“If Dembélé will be there?” I don't know, I hope. He recovered well. We are ready as a team, and if Ousmane is there, it's even better “said the Asturian.

The capital's club will face the Floridian franchise next Sunday on the lawn of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium of Atlanta. It remains to be seen if, by then, Dembélé will be ready to resume its place in the Parisian ranks.
